How do I connect the keyboard to Playstation 5?

  • You can connect the keyboard to Playstation 5 directly with a cable or via Bluetooth or a 2.4Ghz receiver (if the keyboard supports wireless connection).

I connected the keyboard to Playstation 5, but it doesn't work...

  • Please check the Playstation settings. Then check if you are on the latest software version. Since PS5 does not support NKRO, you can press the key combination FN+N (or another key that disables NKRO function) and in 99.9% of cases, the keyboard should now work normally with PS5. For questions and assistance, you can contact us via the chat form on the website.

"I want blue/brown/red suychoes/suchoves/stitchies" and so on...

  • The correct term is "switches". We would also like to add that for several years, switch colors do not directly correspond to their characteristics. This is because Cherry's patent expired, and since then, more and more manufacturers have the right to create MX switches and experiment with materials.

"I want the best, but at the lowest price!"

- With keyboards, there is no such concept as best and cheapest. The more we increase the budget for a given build, the more unique it will be, and this will be evident from an audio-visual perspective.

"I can't put the switches in!"

  • We recommend: using a fingernail or tweezers to straighten the 2 copper pins (the contact points of the switch) and then mounting them on the keyboard. The mounting direction depends on the orientation of the RGB light. If the light is on the south (bottom) side, the switch is placed with the RGB opening facing the same side (or with the pins on the upper "north" side).
  • It is also important to check if the PCB supports 5-pin switches. This means there should be 2 more holes on the left and right in the middle. If your PCB supports 5-pin switches, you can also mount 3-pin mechanical switches on it. If your PCB only supports 3-pin mechanical switches and you have purchased 5-pin switches, you can use a nail clipper to cut the 2 plastic feet of the switches (and convert them to 3-pin). DO NOT cut the copper pins, only the plastic ones on the left and right of the large central hole!
  • The switch should go in easily, without needing excessive force. If it is mounted with bent pins, there is a chance that the socket on the bottom of the PCB may be damaged and/or come out. We do not take responsibility for incorrect switch installation on your part.

Is there a warranty?

All our products come with a 2-year warranty, which begins from the moment of receipt of the goods.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions not caused by improper use, modifications, or external influences.

What is not considered a warranty issue?

The warranty does not cover:

  • damage from moisture, liquids, impacts, or forceful pressure;
  • damage caused by improper installation or removal;
  • bent or damaged switch pins;
  • attempts at modification (lubing, filming, desoldering, unauthorized repairs);
  • normal wear and tear;
  • subjective preferences such as noise, keypress feel, or appearance.

Are custom or modified products covered?

No. Products that have been modified after purchase (including lubrication, part replacement, or hardware changes) are not covered by warranty service.
